1: day: DOZZA IMOLESE

Departure from Dozza Imolese, a small urban center with a beautiful Sforza fortress and numerous murals on the walls of the houses.

The streets and squares fill the corners of the country with bright and vibrant colors. A real open-air museum

Independent visit to the Rocca Sforzesca in Dozza. Here you will have the opportunity to make one last tasting in one of the ancient cellars that host the Emilia Romagna Regional Enoteca

2nd day: BRISIGHELLA - FAENZA

Departure for the visit of one of the BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES OF ITALY: BRISIGHELLA

The territory from Bologna to Ravenna is the land of "cappelletti", "passatelli", "focaccia", splendid fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs.

This land is very careful not to neglect its traditions, nor its food, so that it can save its culinary identity which is central to a people's culture.

In the morning on the hills it is recommended to visit a dairy that produces local cheeses.

In the afternoon excursion to Ravenna, for a guided tour of this jewel of art in Italy, famous for its Byzantine mosaics.
