Walking tour: Piazza Duomo, Piazza Signoria, medieval quarter (external visit) and stop in 2 artisan shops: the ancient leather shop and the Florentine paper. The leather goods business started in 1937 by a shoemaker specialized in dance shoes for These products are excellent and require a long and complex process, with a minimum of 32 steps and times ranging from 20 to 60 days. Therefore each piece is unique. The Florentine stationery, known for its hand-decorated paper, was born in 1976 in Florence, thanks to the passion for Florentine craftsmanship of Francesco Giannini and Gianni Parenti. A choice accompanied by the awareness that the production of classic objects never goes out of fashion and always retains its value over time. The quality of the materials and the reintroduction of ancient craft techniques, such as paper marbling and woodcut, have contributed to the success of the shop and its decorated papers.

The collections of fourteenth and Renaissance paintings contain some absolute masterpieces of art of all time: just remember the names of Giotto, Simone Martini, Piero della Francesca, Beato Angelico, Filippo Lippi, Botticelli, Mantegna, Correggio, Leonardo, Raffaello , Michelangelo, Caravaggio, as well as masterpieces of European painting, especially German, Dutch and Flemish.
